We ask that each organization uses one shared account per location. If you have locations in multiple states, you may set up additional accounts. For any questions or to set up additional accounts for your organization, please contact Business_Subscription@SpartanNash.com.
Orders containing a variety of products can be placed for same-day pickup. Proceed with checkout and pickup/delivery as usual.
For bulk or case orders, please allow a minimum of five days for processing. For example, orders needed for a Friday pickup must be placed no later than 9 a.m. on the preceding Sunday. Place your bulk order online, then contact the store to coordinate additional details, including a scheduled pickup time.e store to make additional arrangements, including a scheduled pick-up time.

No, the price you pay will be determined on the day of your pickup or delivery. For example, if you place an order on Saturday for a Sunday pickup, you will be charged the prices in effect on Sunday. Prices may vary by store location, and you will be notified of any price changes.
Organizations will be granted a 10% discount on all Our Family items, excluding dairy products where applicable. This includes Our Family sale items.
You can use your in-store charge account card with a 16-digit code at checkout. All orders will be consolidated and billed monthly. Credit and debit cards are also accepted at checkout.
